Web Developer

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled web developer to join our growing team at Technospark and CyberEdge Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and websites for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine project requirements and specifications
  • Design and develop web applications and websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
  • Ensure that all websites and applications are responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing
  • Optimize websites and applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Develop and maintain web applications using back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end functionality
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot and debug web applications and websites
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Familiarity with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub

Requirements

  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and possibly additional languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby.

  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, and back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.

  • Understanding of responsive design principles and experience building responsive websites.

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and experience working collaboratively with other developers using tools like GitHub.

  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and experience building accessible websites.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

  • Good understanding of web security principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other developers.

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but not always required.
