About the Role
Technospark and CyberEdge Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with our business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries.
Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to develop proposals and pitch solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and development, and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
Use data-driven insights to track and analyze sales metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize revenue growth.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and develop new business relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, case studies, and other materials that support business development efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field / reltaed experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers.
Understanding of market research and analysis, and ability to use data-driven insights to inform business development strategies.
Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies, and ability to manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
